Commercial case study: Aspen House

From the initial survey of an empty building with mechanical and controls equipment throughout which had exceeded its life expectancy, Ander-Teknix Ltd carried out a design and implemented a full programme for complete refurbishment of all services. New installations were carried out alongside the existing equipment, to the available budget of the end client.

All designs were scrutinised and approved by the project management company (Interaction Ltd) and the consulting engineers (JDP) through to completion and successful handover of the project.

The result

The project was completed by Ander-Teknix to the satisfaction of all concerned, to a tight schedule, along with all necessary O&M information and CAD drawings. Aspen House now houses Proquest Alison’s head office UK.
