Commercial case study: Bristol Lead Shot Tower

Ander-Teknix Ltd were called in at the later stages of the design to produce a complete mechanical solution for this project and to comply with a fairly tight available budget where others were unable to design at a high specification for a reasonable cost.

The Ander-Teknix solution

A three pipe VRV system was designed in-house with all necessary calculations and schematic layouts to gain consultant approval. A full heat re-claim heat/cool/ventilation design was implemented throughout a three storey office building and the feature meeting room at the top of the tower.

Plumbing and sanitary works were designed and installed throughout as per layout requirements.

Fire suppression and controls were designed and installed to comply with local authority requirements.

This project carried out by Ander-Teknix involved full commissioning, O&M and CAD production.
