Commercial case study: Park House

Park House is a grade II listed building in a prime location in Bristol. The project brief for Ander-Teknix was to enhance the environment for occupants throughout the building, whilst overcoming installation issues with such properties and working to high efficiencies.

The Ander-Teknix solution

A Daikin VRV11 R410a high efficiency system was designed in-house, along with associated services such as electrical and controls work to ducting, and ventilation to builders works.

Aesthetically pleasing fan coil systems were installed throughout and designs were applied to the installation in order that it would not be obviously visible throughout the building.

Structural and listed consent problems were overcome with the Ander-Teknix team’s in-house experience and engineering contact base.

The installation was fully commissioned as per the design brief from the outset. Out of hours working schedules were arranged in a programme to suit the occupants.
