Commercial case study: St Thomas Court

The design brief for Ander-Teknix was to provide a heating and cooling solution along with ventilation provision in line with the clients requirements and to comply with a strict budget, whilst maintaining high efficiency, excellent aesthetics and low profile equipment to cover the requirements for the head offices of the two companies.     

The Ander-Teknix solution

After initial consultation, Ander-Teknix Ltd provided a design in-house with all technical support documents and carried out the installation at short notice in line with the clients requirements and to their full satisfaction.   

As with most Ander-Teknix installations, a full maintenance package was taken up with Ander-Teknix and a five year equipment warranty was put into place through our approved Daikin dealer (D1) status.   

Electrical supplies were sub divided over floors for future metering requirements.   Heat exchange high efficiency ventilation systems were applied throughout the building.
